Established in 1999, Action Assist was set up to provide a quality specialist bed  and chair service throughout the U.K. Our aim is to provide the best solution available to the varying needs and requirements of our customers and to this end we remain very flexible in our approach and are able to offer bespoke solutions where applicable.
Working closely with healthcare professionals and assessing their requirements in relation to individual patient needs we offer our expertise in terms of equipment and solutions. We understand that caring for patients in the domestic environment can be very demanding for everyone involved, whether it is looking after a family member or, as a professional carer attending to the needs of one of their patients. With this in mind, we have sourced what we believe to be the most extensive, advanced range of specialist profiling, height adjustable beds and chairs on the market. We also offer an extensive range of mattresses including the latest high grade Memory foam and dynamic alternating airflow.
Our beds can be as individual as you are and have a comprehensive range of accessories. They look fantastic and would enhance any bedroom setting. Still thinking of flexibility, we recognised that although the purchase of a bed or chair was the right course of action for some, it wasn’t necessarily right for everyone. We therefore have established an extensive rental system, which is proving to be extremely popular..
We have an extremely experienced and dedicated team who work tirelessly to ensure that the service we offer is second to none. Our sales team are friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable; they will always give the very best advice.
We take a great deal of pride in our delivery team, who we are constantly told are polite, helpful and truly professional. Of course the story doesn’t end when your product has been delivered and installed. We ensure that full training in the operation of the product is given.
Further down the road, we offer a maintenance and servicing package, which can, if required, cover all eventualities.

No - risk Trial Period

If you would like to test out one of our products from the comfort of your own home, we at Action Assist offer a trial period. You are free to use one of our pressure-relieving electric beds for up to two weeks, to decide whether it suits your needs. 

If you choose to keep the bed, you will be invoiced; if you find that it isn’t the right product for you, you will only be charged for the installation and delivery fees.
